You can add an event in your VisitorBook system and register visitors for the event ahead of time.
NEW! We’ve enhanced the Events feature in multiple ways. You can now send email notifications and event-specific QR codes to event attendees ahead of time. You can also set up event hosts and notify them when their guests arrive.
Benefit of adding events #
The main benefit of adding events is allowing registered visitors to sign in using an event-specific QR code or Booking ID. This makes sign-in a smoother process for visitors as name fields are auto-populated.
Another benefit is to make it easier for reception staff to direct visitors more efficiently on arrival. They can view the visitor list for a particular event and event details such as the organiser on their VisitorBook Admin Portal.
