Logos are displayed on the terminals added to the VisitorBook system.

Add logo #
To add/change a logo in Libresoft VisitorBook, please do the following:
On your computer:
- Save an image file (e.g. .jpg or .png) on your device computer.
On VisitorBook Admin Portal:
- Log in to the Admin Portal of your VisitorBook system.
- Go to System Settings > General.
- In the Organisation Information section, click Organisation Logo. The system opens your file location.
- Select the image you would like to use as the logo.
- Refresh the page to verify the image has uploaded successfully.
On VisitorBook Terminal:
- Close the VisitorBook app on the terminal.
- Restart the app. The new logo should appear on the home page of the VisitorBook app.
Important: This may take multiple restarts in some instances.
Add name #
Simply type your organisation name into the Organisation Name field.
