Intro to welcome/farewell emails

VisitorBook’s notification feature allows you to set up welcome and farewell email notifications for your visitors. Welcome emails are sent when visitors sign into your VisitorBook system. Farewell emails are sent when visitors sign out.
Welcome/farewell emails – basic functionality #
- Simple interface. Welcome/farewell emails are managed on a new Notifications page, located under the User Settings menu.
- Automated. An email is automatically sent when the person signs into or out of your VisitorBook system.
- Set up for visitor types. You can set up welcome/farewell emails to be sent to only some types of visitors and not others.
- Customisable. You can customise welcome emails for different visitor types. You cannot customise welcome emails sent to an individual visitor.
