Set up Auto Sign Out

Set up the system to automatically sign out people who may have forgotten to do this themselves. This will happen at a certain point in the evening.  

To set up automatic sign out: 

• Log in to VisitorBook Admin Portal.
• Go to System Settings > General.
• In the Automation section, click on Auto Signout. 
• Select a time from the dropdown list. 

Tip: Select Disabled if you don’t want to have auto sign out.

Important: Sign out time is based on server settings (UK-based) and not the device settings.
